Formerly Cardiff Muslim Primary School, ILM Schools was established in 1999 as a full-time, independent, faith-based institution serving boys and girls aged 4 to 11. Located in the heart of Cardiff, we have proudly served the local Muslim community for over 25 years, providing an environment where Islamic values and academic excellence go hand in hand.
Our school has been built on the dedication, vision and sacrifices of its teachers and supporters. As an Islamic educational charity, we strive to maintain the balance between affordability and sustainability, ensuring every child receives a high-quality education rooted in faith, integrity and purpose.
ILM Schools - Primary and High
Following the continued success of our Primary School and the growing demand from our community we launched ILM High School in September 2023 based at Harlech Court. We have now transitioned to our custom-designed campus at Cardiff Gate marking a new chapter in our journey.
Today ILM Schools proudly educates pupils from Reception through to Year 11, offering a seamless pathway of learning, faith and character development. Guided by our vision to Inspire, Learn and Motivate we prepare our students to become confident, resilient and compassionate young Muslims who contribute positively to society and remain steadfast in their values.
